 永磁操动机构主要由永久磁铁和分、合闸控制线圈等部分组成,是用永磁体去实现真空断路器合闸保持和分闸保持的一种新型的电磁操动机构,目前永磁操动机构的永磁普遍采用钕硼稀土材料制成,钕铁硼永磁体在收到强烈机械冲击、高温和反向磁场作用时均可能部分或全部退磁。当温度高于120摄氏度时,钕铁硼的磁性才会下降,但是一般情况下操动机构不会出现这样高的温度,永磁操动机构中的机械冲击对钕铁硼永磁体来说是可以承受的,所以永磁体的退磁问题,并不影响它在永磁操动机构中 实际应用。

永磁操动机构特点

1、通过双线圈分别控制分、合闸操作,及合闸线圈只控制合闸操作,分闸线圈只控制分闸操作,提高机构的可靠性;
